SCREENING TOOLS USED BY THE AGENCY
We have developed an arsenal of screening tools to help them work. We also charge registration and placement fees;
These tools include:
- Application forms for nannies and families or employee and employer
- Minimum standard for applicants
- Age:18 has the minimum age
- Experience
- Education :SSCE, or Primary school qualification as minimum requirement
- Interviews ,one or several interviews in person
- Reference checks, as letters or conducted by telephone
- Criminal record checks
- Driving record checks
- Psychological testing-a clinical tool requiring a licensed professional
