We have developed an arsenal of screening tools to help them work. We also charge registration and placement fees;

These tools include:

• Application forms for nannies and families or employee and employer
• Minimum standard for applicants
• Age:18 has the minimum age
• Experience
• Education :SSCE, or Primary school qualification as minimum requirement
• Interviews ,one or several interviews in person
• Reference checks, as letters or conducted by telephone
• Criminal record checks
• Driving record checks
• Psychological testing-a clinical tool requiring a licensed professional
